The way peoples’ faces light up when they take that first bite of my creation is what drives me to the fulfillment of my dreams. Over the past few years I’ve visited and toured the Culinary Arts schools and never felt more at home and welcomed than at The Art Institute of Chicago... Attending this school would give me the right foundation...”
